The indoor pool is really cool; kids loved it. The rooms felt humid and outdated, with some maintenance needed. Great location close to hiking trails. Would benefit from better ventilation in the hallways.

Indoor pool area is impressive and great for families. Parking situation was frustrating, often hard to find a spot. Close to hiking trails, which was a bonus.

The hotel is just a half mile from the main Gatlinburg strip, making it easy to walk to attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Gatlinburg Space Needle, while still providing a quiet environment for restful nights; our poolside room was clean and comfortable, with the indoor pool just steps away and a lovely view, plus the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, although the bathrooms could use some renovation.

Great location, just a short walk to the main strip, which was super convenient. The indoor pool looked nice, but it got crowded fast, and the outdoor area was more appealing. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom ceiling had visible mold issues that need attention. Parking was a bit of a hassle, and arriving to a hot room after exploring wasn't ideal. Breakfast was misleading—no on-site service. Despite some quirks, it still has charm, and with a little TLC, it could really shine.

The room was small for a family of four. The initial scent was fresh, but the chlorine odor lingered throughout the stay. Temperature control was decent, but the rust in the bathroom fixtures was unappealing. The tub was stained, and the door didn’t shut properly. Wi-Fi was spotty, especially on our side of the building. The indoor pool had a strong, unusual smell, more like well water than chlorine. While the staff was friendly, the cosmetic issues and cleanliness left much to be desired. A more thorough renovation could enhance the experience significantly.

Great location with free Wi-Fi. Noisy at night due to events nearby.

The indoor pool was a blast, especially with those awesome waterfalls! It felt so good to jump from the heated pool to the outdoor sunshine. Plus, dinner was a hit; the pizza hit the spot after a long day of play!
can just recommend 🥰🌟

Glenstone Lodge offers an excellent location near downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. Just be aware of the uphill walk back and the small pool area, especially on busy days.

First off, let's talk about the room. The ironing facilities were a bit outdated, and we had to request for one that actually worked properly. The heating was decent, but the air conditioning was quite noisy and made it a bit hard to sleep at night. On the bright side, there were tea and coffee facilities in the room which was a nice touch. The sitting area was cozy, but the patio was a bit small and not very private. The free toiletries provided were basic but did the job. Now, onto the entertainment situation. The flat-screen TV was great for winding down in the evening, but the carpeted floor in the room definitely needed a good vacuuming - I spotted a few stains here and there. Housekeeping was a bit hit or miss. Some areas were well-cleaned, but I noticed some spots that seemed to have been overlooked.

The hotel had potential. The pool is stunning, and the staff, particularly Tiff at the front desk, was exceptional. She helped me organize my husband’s birthday surprise seamlessly. the room was a disappointment. I upgraded for a pool view, but received a plain room with an unappealing view. The bathroom lacked exhaust fans, creating humidity issues, and there was rust on fixtures. Dining had its flaws—mold in the Parmesan cheese was a concerning oversight. While the manager addressed my concerns and issued a partial refund, cleanliness needs attention. Rooms require renovations to match the beautiful amenities. This place could shine with some investment in upkeep and service consistency.

Our room was cozy with a fireplace, and the outdoor pool was fantastic! Being close to a calming creek was a bonus. The short walk to the main strip made it easy to explore without driving. The modern lobby offered a great indoor relaxation spot if needed.
The indoor pool got crowded quickly, so we stuck to the outdoor pool. There were issues with the hallway and elevator temperatures in the hot and humid weather.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool area is inviting and clean despite being a bit chilly.
No breakfast served on-site, which was a bummer.

The hotel is just a few blocks from downtown, making it super easy to explore all the fun attractions, like Ripley’s Aquarium and the Gatlinburg Space Needle, which are all within a pleasant walking distance of 1 kilometer or less, plus we found great local restaurants nearby like Bearland Grill just a short stroll away. We enjoyed the indoor pool area which was lovely, and the friendly staff added a nice touch to our stay, but some cleaning issues in our room did take away from the overall experience.

The shower temperature was a nightmare—either freezing cold or scalding hot! We spent so much time fiddling with it, just trying to find a comfortable balance. It was frustrating, especially after a long day, and really ruined the experience for us.

The kids had a blast in the indoor pool, which had a nice hot tub and a cool upper deck pool. The room was clean and served us well, everything we needed for our stay.
It wasn't cheap, but worth it for what you get.

Location was fantastic, close to the main strip and convenient for exploring. Being within walking distance to shops was a plus. The indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable amenities, especially when the weather was bad.
Room cleanliness was subpar; dust was thick on surfaces, and the tub did not drain properly.

I stayed in a room that was clean and comfy, with an updated design. The pool area looked appealing, but it was very hot and humid. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main strip. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel has excellent family-friendly amenities. The outdoor pool is great for poolside receptions. The location made it easy to explore the area's activities.
Delightful surprise finding my door wide open after the maid service.

The hotel's chill vibes and cool hangout spots made it easy to plan our party nights. The renovated rooms were lit!
Could use a bit more late-night action, like a trendy rooftop bar or a sick DJ spinning tracks by the pool.

We had a great time at this hotel in Gatlinburg. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the Smokies, which was fantastic for our hiking adventures. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lobby looked beautiful with its Christmas decorations. The rooms were quiet and clean, providing a comfortable stay overall. The restaurant on-site was convenient and served delicious food. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
That the poolside rooms had overwhelming fumes from the chlorine and lacked ventilation. Additionally, the upper level of the pool was closed for most of our trip, leaving only the bottom pool which was crowded and sometimes unsafe for our kids.

i had a great time at glenstone lodge. the outdoor pool was a nice size and the gazebo area was huge. it was right beside a creek, and it was so amazing to sit and listen to the water flow downstream. the room was very nice and modern. the lobby was very nice with plenty of seating to sit and relax indoors if the weather outside wasn't comfortable. the walk to the main strip was short, so I didn't have to drive down and pay to park or use the trolley. even though it seemed to be an older building, everything was well maintained.
Nothing all good 😊
